This week on the SLHour we bring you the third episode of our mini-series Indigenous Voices in which we meet Indigenous people and learn from their stories, traditions, legends, languages, and cultures. This week we will hear from Thamer Linklater, who struggles with her Catholic faith, and Earl Dionne, a wood-burning artist from the Mohawk Nation.

Indigenous Voices is the result of the many conversations about healing and reconciliation that arose after the news of the discovery of possible unmarked graves at former residential school sites in Canada. It is our hope that through meeting our guests and hearing their stories about the people, the land, traditions, legends, languages, and cultures, our hearts will be opened in a way that will lead to true healing and true reconciliation.
