What We Do
Hope-Filled Catholic Content
In addition to sharing hope-filled Catholic content, Salt + Light Media also creates its own original content that brings the Gospel to life in today's world. Rooted in the teachings of the Church, our content spans formats and platforms—from documentaries, series, and podcasts to social media videos, blog reflections, and live liturgical broadcasts. We cover the daily and Sunday Mass, devotional prayers, Vatican events, and key moments in the life of the Church. Whether through compelling storytelling, digital engagement, or sacramental life, our content fosters understanding, deepens faith, and builds communion across generations and cultures.
How We Share It
We share content through our 24/7 television channel, our on-demand streaming platform Salt + Light Plus, our social media channels, and audio and podcast series, including the long-running SLHour. Our content is available in English, French, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and can be accessed via cable and satellite TV, mobile apps, web browsers, Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, and SiriusXM, as well as all major podcast platforms.
