Accessibility Feedback Process
English | Français
At Salt + Light Media, we are committed to removing barriers to those who may otherwise find it difficult to access our TV programming, website, and other ways we communicate.
The Accessible Canada Act defines a barrier as:
“…anything physical, architectural, technological or attitudinal, anything that is based on information or communications or anything that is the result of a policy or a practice—that hinders the full and equal participation in society of persons with an impairment, including a physical, mental, intellectual, cognitive, learning, communication or sensory impairment or a functional limitation.”
We invite you to provide feedback
Please let us know if you experience any barriers during your time with us. If you run into a specific issue, make sure you provide important details, especially the platform, date, webpage or program, and anything else that might help us locate the concern. Except for anonymous feedback (see below), we'll always acknowledge that we received your submission.

Who will receive your feedback and how it will be used?
Our Accessibility Manager, Matthew Neugebauer, can be reached at [email protected]. Matthew will receive your feedback, and sort out what to do next.
We will do our best to address feedback as soon as possible, and acknowledge all comments within one (1) workday. If we need more time to resolve the issue, we'll make sure to let you know. We welcome your input and will take it into account.
Anonymous feedback
If you'd prefer to give us feedback anonymously, the easiest way will be to use our online form when it becomes available, but leave the email field blank and don't include any other identification.
For now, you can give us feedback on another platform: just let us know if you want to stay anonymous, and we'll remove your identifying information in our records.
Unfortunately, we can't respond directly to any anonymous feedback. Either way, we're grateful that you let us know about ways we can connect with you better.
Confidentiality
We're grateful for your feedback and hope you can be as honest as possible – you'll be helping us fulfill our mission to share the joy of the Gospel to everyone! This is why, even if you share your name and contact information, the only employees who will see those details are those inside Salt + Light Media who are directly involved in responding to or addressing your concerns. If you're still unsure about privacy and confidentiality, please see our Privacy Policy or contact us. You can also submit feedback anonymously (see above).
Alternate formats
If you'd like this feedback process description in the following formats, please let us know using one of the “ways to provide feedback” above.
We'll get them to you as soon as we can. If you'd like to request a specific format that we didn't list, let us know as well.
We are committed to meeting the requirements of Level AA conformance as set out in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). We routinely conduct reviews of this page and our website to confirm such conformance, and take the necessary steps to address any issues that we find.
