Bosco Chan

CFO, Flowcast

Bosco Chan is the CFO of Flowcast, a Silicon Valley-based AI company. He is a seasoned finance executive in both Canada and the US, overseeing all financial matters, including FP&A, financial reporting, M&A, and capital raising. Over the past 20+ years, he has held senior and executive positions with financial institutions, Cloud tech, Fintech, telecoms, and start-up techs, including AT&T, Royal Bank of Canada, Aviva Insurance, Bell Canada, TeraGo, and various start-ups.

Bosco is a Chartered Professional Accountant (Ontario), Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder, and an MBA graduate from the Schulich School of Business, York University. He also holds a BComm (Honours) from the University of Manitoba. In addition, he is a graduate of St. Michael's College, University of Toronto with a Master's degree in Theological Studies (2012). Since 2014, he has served as a board member of the Salt and Light Catholic Media Foundation
