Saint AndreGod's Doorkeeper | St. André of Montreal
The Salt + Light original documentary God's Doorkeeper looks at the heart and legacy of Brother André — a man of prayer, hospitality and compassion. On October 17, 2010, the founder of St. Joseph's Oratory in Montreal became the first Canadian-born male saint and the first saint from the Congregation of Holy Cross. Through his example, Brother André shows us that "it is with the smallest brushes that the artist paints the most beautiful pictures."

One of those people is Canadian Cardinal Marc Ouellet, former Archbishop of Quebec and now the Prefect of the Congregation for Bishops and President of the Pontifical Commission for Latin America.

PerspectivesPerspectives | Jewish Arab Peace
If you have not yet watched Abraham's Tent, this episode will serve to whet your appetite. Father Barhoum has the conviction that to foster peace we must seek to know one another. He believes that by nourishing friendships across religions beginning in the younger generations, we will establish a true and lasting peace. This week, Pedro speaks with Fr. Samuel Barhoum, director of the Kids 4 Peace program in Galilee. He and his wife Susan discuss the peace process in the Middle East as they witness it, being two Anglican Arabs living in Galilee. They were here at S+L after the Kids 4 Peace camp ended and told us about inter-faith relations in the Holy Land.
