The annual Cardinal’s Dinner will be held virtually this year. While we aren’t able to gather in person due to the pandemic, the Archdiocese of Toronto and Cardinal Thomas Collins are excited to invite Catholics throughout the archdiocese, and across the country, to join them on Thursday, November 5 at 7 pm ET from the comfort of their own homes.
This one-hour special event will include musical performances, profiles of Cardinal’s Dinner beneficiaries, an interview with Cardinal Collins, greetings from dignitaries, and a special thank you to volunteers who have been assisting parishes throughout the pandemic.
There is no cost to attend the event, but our goal is to continue supporting the Cardinal’s Dinner charities. Parishes, corporations, or individuals can donate here: www.archtoronto.org/cardinalsdinner.
An exciting opportunity this year is a partnership with Recipe Unlimited, operators of numerous restaurants including Swiss Chalet, East Side Mario’s, Marigolds and Onions, and Pickle Barrel. These restaurants will be offering great deals for those who order takeout/delivery meals and gift card purchases in the week leading up to the Cardinal’s Dinner. Additionally, a portion of Recipe Unlimited sales will be donated to the Cardinal’s Dinner. You can get more details at the Archdiocese of Toronto.
