Pope Leo XIV's Apostolic Journey to France September 25 to 28, 2026
From September 25 to 28, Pope Leo XIV will make his fifth Apostolic Journey abroad. He will visit Paris, Lourdes, and Metz in France.
He will preside over Mass and meet with civil leaders, clergy, religious, and laypeople in all three cities. His time in Paris will include a visit to the UNESCO headquarters, and a Prayer Vigil with Young People in the Stade de France.
His journey to Lourdes will include a prayer at the famed Grotto of the Apparitions at Massabielle and a meeting with the country's bishop's conference in the shrine's St. Bernadette auditorium.
He will conclude his Apostolic Journey in Metz, where he will address both an interfaith meeting and a dialogue on "The Roots of Europe for Peace and Unity" in the Robert Schumann Conference Centre.
We will broadcast the main events of his journey on Salt + Light TV and Salt + Light Plus.
