Denis Grady celebrates Lenard Little Mustache's birthday. Image: Denis Grady
This week, on a special edition of the SLHour, we revisit some of the conversations we had on this program in 2021 and 2022. First, we speak about the Canadian bishops’ apology to Indigenous peoples; and we honour Canadian singer/songwriter Denis Grady by re-airing a conversation we had in 2021 about his ministry to Indigenous people, Franciscan and Friends. Denis, who was a pioneer in Canadian Catholic music died in early January 2025. He will be sorely missed. We also learn about a Sanctuary Mental Health Ministries, and we meet singer/songwriter Will Hickl of the Novum Collective.
Email Deacon Pedro your comments, or find him on X, Facebook, or Instagram.
