To proclaim Jesus Christ and the joy of the Gospel in Canada and globally by telling stories of hope that bring people closer to Christ, the Catholic faith, and one another.

OUR VISION

Salt + Light Media is an agile multimedia platform, accessible to Catholics from all backgrounds who seek truth, beauty, and goodness. Our hope is to participate in the sanctification of the world by helping people to enrich their faith and enter into deeper relations with one another.

We believe in the strength of our communities. We eagerly display the diversity of Catholic perspectives in a truthful and balanced way. We are there not only to preserve the relevance of Catholics in the meaningful conversations of the day but also to further their visibility and embolden their voices. Inspired by the outreaching spirit of Pope Francis, we want to engage in every possible way, through all of Salt + Light Media's global communications resources.

Joyfully faithful to the Apostolic See, we are committed to supporting the ministry of the Holy Father in his prophetic vision for the Church.

We are a multimedia content producer and television network, showcasing ‘’the joys and hopes […] of the followers of Christ’’ (GS, 1) through compelling visual, audio, and written content. We are unifiers of people through prayer, celebration, reflection, education, dialogue, inquiry, reporting, and stories of faith and action. We are innovators, striving to find new ways to draw people ever closer to the Lord and the Church. We are educators, ever encouraging the faithful to know Christ and engage with fidelity, while thinking critically with the Church and our fellow human beings.
