中國河北邯鄲(永年)教區主教座堂舉行落成啟用儀式

2020年10月6日，中國河北邯鄲(永年)教區主教座堂舉行落成啟用儀式。邯鄲教區主教座堂自2016年開始建設，歷時4年多，終於完工啟用。今後，主教座堂周邊的教友們將可以在這一宏偉現代的教堂內參與主日彌撒。
當天上午10時，主教座堂落成感恩祭隆重舉行，由邯鄲教區孫繼根助理主教主禮，24位神父共祭，20 多位修女及800多位教友參禮。彌撒後，邯鄲教區秘書長周慶剛神父主持了主教座堂啟用儀式。
孫繼根主教在啟用儀式上，回顧了邯鄲教區主教府及主教座堂的建設歷史和過程。主教表示，自1980年邯鄲教區正式確立以來，一直沒有主教座堂。如今，邯鄲教區終於有了主教座堂，這不但是天主特別的眷顧，也離不開所有神長教友及社會各界的大力支持。
最後，孫主教代表教區對大家致以感謝，並希望大家在工作和生活中，以耶穌基督為榜樣，活出信仰的美好，樹立教會的良好形象，為信仰作生活的見證。
據悉，因現在仍處於疫情常態化防控時期，主教座堂的祝聖時間還要視情況而定。在條件允許的時候 ，再舉行祝聖典禮。主教座堂之外的其他附屬建設仍在陸續裝修當中。
